My technical/artistic orientation began at a young age.

What I most enjoy about managing projects is pushing forward our capabilities to levels that we previously thought impossible and bringing our clients ever-greater performance, in terms of both content and how we work. My technical/artistic focus developed at an early age, when I scribbled, then later drew wherever and with whatever possible. Instead of toy cars I preferred to play with Lego and Meccano. Towards the end of secondary school I realised that long black hair, pierced ears and drunken metal evenings weren’t everything and I started to knuckle down to work. One training session followed another, my hair got progressively shorter and returned to its original colour, and I gathered a pile of medals.

At Brno University of Technology, where I studied architecture, the energy and drive which I earlier devoted to running I directed towards my academic life and tried to get as much practical experience as possible in various project studios. I joined Exponex three years ago and was here at the inception of our project. When for some reason I’m not working, I try to spend as much time as possible with my wife and son. Generally I’m not very chatty- I’m hard-working, responsible, loyal, I keep my word, help when I can, and I’d rather go without sleep for several nights than submit something which I’m not happy with.
